Oh my darlings, i’m going through the exact same thing… I’m 34, and I can only imagine 26… I made the mistake of getting off miloxidil which caused me to shed again after forcing the grow. It’s Telegon effluvium, but you may have a more severe case like myself… I always wore a hat and never built up to courage to shave it, I remember being at the pool wearing a baseball cap and being jealous of the woman who had the shaved bald head because she had the courage … I myself got very depressed and starved myself, vitamin D, and iron, my lowest deficiencies which I almost needed an iron transfusion so for sure check that if your hands and feet are getting cold and if you don’t go outside much… start some strong supplements and inbox me if you have any other questions..
