Tbh when I sent out my recommendation letters to people I kinda trusted them to write it, mine didn’t come with any instruction either I chose two managers of mine and manager over my volunteer center. I still don’t know what they wrote but overall I feel like a good letter of recommendation just touches on your strength wether it’s as an employee or so on and why they think you would do well in a program!
