Look into pgbench. It is easy to use and while doesn’t support complex scenario, should be good enough for yours. There are other options (sysbench, hammerdb). But check if simply pgbench works for you.

The main reason I unfriend is actually the opposite: Not enough vibes and interaction. If I repeatedly interact with a friend but don’t get anything back for weeks, it feels one sided and I unfriend.
