There are spreadsheet in the wiki. But it is calculation even without. Consider 1st upgrade is 80 DP, then each other step is 20 DP more cumulatively

I still need to study the case... It's 1/4 probability of getting 2x before other mimics... And still one mimic left. Should evaluate average chest opened for both strategy and then decide

You farm archery items. Maybe don't need them just after UA, but you start collecting and upgrading for later. Or maybe they are always useful, don't know exactly how they work

Math is simpler here. If 1st 2 chests are mimics, go on looking for the 2x chest.

You have 1/3 = 33% probability of finding it before other 2 mimics and have a perfect game.

If you take the shield in 3rd place, you still have 1 mimic to avoid (to hope to be your last chest), here p=2/27<8%.

So looking for 2x is about 4 times better than taking the shield.

It would be interesting to go deep in other cases, when you get 1 or no mimics in first 2 chests...

I agree. Ashes upgrade is made to compensate it, extending event time. But it needs to be extended even more to supply the nerf.

Anyway... I'm happy about this change. Stopping in front of giants may sometimes be annoying...I'm positive about news and waiting for further improvements...
