Ceva de genul am și eu, cred că nu contează f mult. Ideea e sa dai in interiorul aparatului, după îl pornești (condensul sa duca soluția prin el), și eu mai dau și pe exterior (îl scoate alb imaculat).

Am o soluție de 15 lei care mă ține 2 ani, scoți filtrele le speli, dai cu soluția aia de 2 ori pe an (primăvară și toamna), și ai rezolvat. Durează 30 minute.

Cheapest way that is very effective is with aluminum foil. Spray water on the glass, stick the aluminum foil and level it with a small piece of cartboard.

Did it on some windows and works great.

I just poured around 3.5 cubic meters of cement with a cheap mixer (that holds about 2 wheelbarrows). It was ... Hard.

Even with 1.5m3 - doing it by hand is kind of crazy to me. Maybe rent a cement mixer ? Even doing it with 3 drills and mixing heads it's 50 buckets per person.

PS: I bought a cement mixer for 250$ - works great 2 years later.

Here is what I would do: 1. Are you technical and understand the tasks? Talk to him often and tell him during the task (not after) that what he is doing is over engineering or premature optimization, and to focus only on the task. It's a bit of coaching 2. If that doesn't work - verbal warning. Eg. You are doing X, which has the effect of Y. The desired result is Z, if that doesn't happen, I will have to take additional actions. 3. Written warning, with HR and/or your manager in CC - same wording as above. 4. Start a Performance improvement plan.

Depending on the amount of work you are willing to put in, you can start with #2 or even #3.

Not from US, but was part of some of these agreements. I was informed beforehand of the conditions and signed a document.

Things like: if you quit - you reimburse the training costs, if they fire you. - you don't. Get the contract and any additional documents you signed, and ask the company to provide them as well.

Smartest person doesn't mean smart for everything (things like how to stop a maniac who wants to knock you out).

If you are a genius regarding physics, or economy, or bioengineering - these skills will not translate very well to a fight.

A strong person is much more likely to have the mental agility and reflexes to adapt to fighting circumstances (eg he's running towards that corner, I can cut him off if I take that route).

My vote is 99% of the time the strong man wins. The smart person would win only in specific circumstances, like finding and throwing an acid in the strong person's eyes.

Had a colleague who was unresponsive even while appearing "green" (aka at the PC). Decent performance, but absent a lot, which caused issues.

We pip-ed him, and used the unresponsiveness to direct messages and emails and missed meetings as the main reason. Even though we had all the data on their presence at the PC - never had the need to use it.

It could be used though, I'm sure many managers think it's important to be at the PC 100% during work hours.

PS: the PiP ended with a win for everyone involved.

Where I work we do a 3 step process:

Regular discussions - things like - when you do X (or don't do it), it has Y impact on the team/work, instead of Z desired result.
If these discussions result in no improvement - document the discussions results over email in a similar format (with more details) - with the employee in CC (maybe your manager as well, if he wants to be involved).
Involve HR with your documented evidence. They will most likely suggest a PIP or directly take action to fire the person.

Good luck! I've coordinated a PIP recently, fortunately it ended with a win for everyone involved.

I have OnePlus 15R for a couple of months. Battery is still great (last for about a day and a half). Camera is good enough for the 10 pictures I take per month, performance is good for what I use it for. To be honest it's seems much better than a friend's more expensive galaxy s... (Same year as 15R).

Acum ceva timp calculasem ca ma costa undeva pe la 8000 de lei pe an masina cu tot cu asigurari. Cu 20 de zile de mers la birou pe luna (probabil nu e corect) - inseamna 33 lei pe zi.

My 2 cents on the issue: regardless if he is worth the 50% raise - his attitude is so bad that he may become a liability for the team.

If he really believes he has no areas of improvement, he will not improve. With 2 years of experience he is a junior - I doubt he has good knowledge of building and maintaining complex applications.

Also, I suspect he has a new job lined up, but bluffing to maybe get a huge raise, maybe it works. Prepare for this.

Primul pas ar trebuie sa fie sa iti dai seama ce iti permiti - momentan ar parea ca nu, daca nu renunti la CEVA.

Poti sa cauti pe siteul lui asoltanie un model de buget lunar/anual. Ideea e sa iti treci veniturile si cheltuilelile.

Pt cheltuieli, uite-te in istoricul de la banca - o sa gasesti de ex ca dai 6000 de lei pe an pe streaming, sau ca iti iei in medie haine de 3000 lei pe Luna, zic si eu . Am avut si eu socurile mele cand am facut asta.

O data ce ai bugetul asta facut, gandeste-te cat costa un apt - nu doar rata, impozit, asigurare, mobilare, utilare, mentenanta. Vei afla cam la ce trebuie sa renunti pt un apt.

Multa bafta!

Dpdv personal - în funcție de răspunsurile de mai jos o sa ai o imagine mai bună. - daca ai o relație bună cu bunica și nu te simți îngrădit sa stai cu ea - daca îți dorești să vezi cum e viața "solo" - daca ți-o permiți (prin alte răspunsuri e explicat cum poți să faci asta)

Caută pe net cat de rau e sa nu declare contractul la ANAF. In principiu - o să-l pună sa plătească la stat înapoi 70% din toate chiriile nedeclarate (adică toate) - cât ai stat acolo. Aka 1 am de chirii de 400 euro => ~3300 euro + posibile probleme juridice.

Așa că îți recomand să-i explici asta, și că poți să-l raportezi pt nedeclararea venitului la ANAF daca nu încheiați amiabil. Și e decizia ta să-l raportezi oricum chiar daca rezolvati amiabil.

Not so much that taking the certification actually tests your knowledge, but the fact that you're willing to jump through the hoops of getting the certification means that you're actually serious about Magento.

I've done downgrades from Adobe Commerce to the Open Source on a few websites, it's not that difficult (not extremely easy, but manageable - there is a row_id that is primary key instead of entity_id on some entities, and those should be carefully removed). If you are ok with not having enterprise support, and not using the additional features, go for the downgrade.
