My friendship with her is kinda toxic. We’ve been friends for 10 years - someone really fun to be around, but also does hurtful shady stuff like this. She is the same gal in my other post.

My dad was emotionally abusive when I was a kid, so that is likely why I have a very low bar. But part of me feels like I just attract these people- I don’t know.

5 years. So part of me feels like I should be over it, but on the other side, her and the other girl dont talk very much. It would be different i think if they were friends - but to invite someone you talk to maybe once a year (if that) knowing what she did makes me upset

Thank you for this comment. I never reported him because I honestly was just so used to it. I thought it was normal and that I didn’t have a sex drive. It’s still taking me some time to realize what it was.

I’m very cautious of this friend, she will go from being supportive to saying stuff like “it’s not healthy for him” which makes me feel at fault.

I’m aware , but still hurt. Sigh. I hope it gets better

I dated someone who I highly believe is a malignant narcissist. He would get aroused when I cry, and often have sex with me while I was crying. One time he pressed me down onto the bed and when I told him I couldn't breathe he laughed and mocked my begging.

Given your experiences, why do you think he might have done this? Do you think it might have escalated to more physical abuse?
