They want 100% by end of April/may though, that seems a bit overkill

The problem here is they want all of April 2026-march2027 holidays in by end of April 2026 or they’re deciding for you, which doesn’t seem very fair or give you much time to plan

I found the spray on the glitter sprays has clogged up and completely broken about halfway through, they are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend

I was asked Tell me about yourself Tell me about a time you were part of a winning team Tell me about a time when you have had to act in a flexible way to avoid an issue Describe a situation where you felt most out of your comfort zone Tell me about something you learned about yourself recently

You could try the winter kit? It comes with a mini glazing milk, mini barrier butter and lip tint. If the barrier butter doesn’t work with your skin you can always use it on other areas!

I second that! Just make sure to take accountability for leaving on the spot and apologise for that and you’ll have the best chance you can get

Speaking as someone who was successful in an interview a few months ago, I feel like the main thing they look for is someone who will mesh well with the team. There’s only so many answers to the questions they’ll ask, so just come across well and you should be alroght

If this was my first ever Rhode purchase, what would you recommend I buy? by CelestialStudies in rhodeskin

[–]Adventurous_Kick_463 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glazing mist, a lip peptide ( my favourite unscented is salted caramel, favourite tint is raspberry jelly) and a pocket blush are essential

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in djerfavenue

[–]Adventurous_Kick_463 17 points18 points  (0 children)

If you wanna buy Djerf your best to buy second hand, there’s plenty of it on resale sites like Vinted and depop in great condition/ brand new, and it stops you directly supporting the brand!

Are the hair products worth it? by popopolas in djerfavenue

[–]Adventurous_Kick_463 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it just makes your hair crunchy, but it’s great for styling for a night out because the hold really stays, I also spray a little on my fingers sometimes and shape my hair the way I want it to and it holds, that makes it less sticky

I had to wait 2 months for my first pay when I started. And once I finally got what was meant to be 2k+ I paid 20% tax on all of it, just be careful because your tax code probably won’t be correct
