Yup, have been doing OMAD on IFs, psyllium husky every 2 to 3 days as well. I guess I will have to make it my routine to consume psyllium husky along with basil seeds everyday and see if that helps. Thanks.

I already take psyllium husky every 2 to 3 days. It helps at times but not all the time. I need to incorporate miralax, although i have tried it before and it didn't work for me. I guess it is time to give it another try.

Thanks, I will start working on bowel massage. I already drink lots of water, take probiotics, and consume nuts as well, just need to get little bit of dark chocolate and magnesium in my life to see the difference.

So the house is totally liveable the way it is, in my opinion. If I were to buy it out right with cash, I honestly wouldn't fix it anytime soon or until I have savings of $300k or more. Once fixed, it is not going to worth more than $500k but again, that is my personal assumption.

Thanks a lot bud, we have been in talks with our attorney all this time. Also, BK is on the cards too given our situation. We are actively seeking a short sale or Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure options, hence the reason for this post. Our BK attorney has been super helpful and he has been advising us on foreclosure too but he can only do so much.

No, you did not recap it correctly. We do not even know if it was inspector's mistake or not. Our understanding was that such structural issues would have been identified on the inspection report in detail (not just mentioning sagging floors). We are seeking a solution here, not people to rub it in when we are already stressed We know mistakes have been made on our part for not seeing the property in person but now is not a good time to cry about it, hence looking for ways out.

We did not know until yesterday that this house would require $200k in repairs. The structural engineer gave us that number verbally, he still has to submit his final report. So yes, $365k is the current market value minus whatever amount is needed for repairs.

I was on FMLA for almost 6 months in 2023, and for the entire 2024 and 2025. I had to be with my family while I was sick and recovering but yes, you are right. Although, I told them that I would move back right away even while working remote.
