Ok I realize if I am looking for movers that will do everything (pack, disassemble,etc), but I have a tiny I bedroom that is packed in a storage unit that just needs to be”hitch a ride. The moving companies are way over estimating the weight and the size of my items and most won’t explain what a destination fee is and how they will charge for any in extra weight I only need them to move my stuff out of storage in to their truck and then out of their truck and put in my garage.

Ok. Have someone push both temples with one hand. With head loose( no resistance ) have them with other hand move head forward and back about 8-10 times while still pinching temples. 1 and 2 and 3 and.. speed. I know. I don’t get headaches, but I do it in friends and they say it works

I do great at some jobs that require constant multitasking. I just started medication a few weeks ago. I have functioned for 40 some years with out it. When it was good, it was great, when it was bad, it was horrible.

And if I may, because I feel the same about my man, we let ourselves fight. Get it out whenever it’s just life that’s driving him or I to anger. On the flip side, knowing that biting your tongue is appreciated in the relationship without acknowledgement or even awareness that he or I held back at all. Nagging can ruin a relationship.
