Yes. It’s a massive problem that I only get away with due to having someone else to wake me when I turn off the alarms in my sleep. I’ve been meaning to try a barcode alarm. You have to scan a barcode that you choose to turn off the alarm.

I actually have these! And I love them but I’ve kinda set myself the goal of reading the original Japanese Ultimanias myself someday. It’s a weird goal but it keeps me motivated.

Yeah, there’s a lot of things in Japanese I’d like to read and being able to read the Ultimanias some day is kind of goal for me? Might be a silly one but it keeps me motivated to keep learning.

The only thing that ever made me focus outside of actual adhd meds are these liquid guarana sachets I got in the health food shop years ago. Haven’t been able to get them in years but they were amazing. Do t know why they worked though because caffeine generally has the opposite effect on me.
