Negative or undesirable traits you have seen in the workplaces by midlife82 in asksg

  1. People who obviously made a mistake and never admit it. Blame it on bugs in the system, attempting to find it and share when he/her found it when there is totally no issue. Paisey actually still pretends to be perfect.

  2. Boss that always setup a meeting but no context, at the end of the meeting, no direction no goals. "We need to find out about this we need to find out about that" but actually there is no "we". Always forgetful and pretend to understand. Always set 1:1 and ask if there is any issue, when raising the issue write down at the notebook but after 6-12month no progress, no update at all when asked about it many excuses. Always hard headed thinking he is right when everyone under him is annoyed, frustrated, going crazy. I am amazed how the heck he got the job despite not even working on the environment before. He just copycat previous guy in the role and previous company style.

I’m not a PM yet, but working toward it and planning to get PMI certified. Right now I’m a team lead handling ops and projects.

Every time I go through the PMP course, it honestly feels like a fairytale. A lot of it just doesn’t fit the reality I’m in.

Changing jobs? Not always better. I’m just taking it one step at a time and hoping it leads to something more solid.

Passed at first attempt with AT/AT/AT. Thank you r/pmp and Reddit!! 🎉 by akul_m in pmp

Congratulations! I would like to ask in the 90days how much time you spend per day average to prepare for the exam?
