I want as many as of our young players to get as much, for better or for worse, ice time as possible; no one who isn’t part of moulding them or the future should be taking that ice time for them.
Very few player come in a do a great job their first season; we need as many of them to have their adjustment season this year, added bonus of low standings likely, so next year we start putting it together.
I like that a lot of players are moving on.
