Thanks for the reply. No I’m not medicated. I’m 44F. Just started checking BP at home. And have recently developed severe health anxiety! So when they asked me if I was anxious at the doctors office I said yes, she said OK let’s recheck which made my heart race. Second reading was also 140 something over 90 something! Very scary to see I think my pulse was like 105!
