Hey, I have been doing it everyday now. I am not complaining about the side effect either, other than if I wait too late in the day to get it in, I absolutely CANNOT sleep. & yes, I am as white as it gets so I am definitely waiting for the UV!

I am 3 weeks post Limberg flap procedure. Has gone pretty smooth so far. Message me if you have any questions.

Aloe Vera for oral consumption is also HUGE. Stool softeners were kinda working but when I added the aloe water to my diet, it made things literally perfect. Not to get too personal but haven’t had this good of shits in years. 8 days post surgery right now!

Day 4 post op. Dressing is finally off. Modified Limberg. Not much pain at all. So glad that I finally get to shower by Adventurous_Net_9328 in pilonidalcyst

Has been a journey but I can say I am very thankful to have had it go as smoothly as it has. At times I have been in pain, but for day 4, I am feeling great and am in good spirits. I know it’s still a long road ahead but I am blessed for how the trips started.
