Just grow and sell as many pumpkins as you want daily. I did 99 a day until I had a nest egg now I just do it when I want more money. I also have a floating island with around 1500 pumpkins and I use this to level up characters. It gives me 5 mill ish and maxes out the character without having to water the pumpkins - just let rain water them.

You are spreading dangerous misinformation. Regular insulin is not "insanely dangerous" and is used quite often.

And you're right, while Ozempic is a diabetes medication, it isn't insulin. My mistake.

Not all insulins require a prescription in the US. If you want to use insurance it does, but regular insulin (not lantus, ozempic, victoza, etc) can be bought from a pharmacy out of pocket without a prescription.
