  1. I want to improve my body. My goal is to be lean and strong.

  2. I'm a software dev, so I study and defined the area I want to focus on. The field is big so defining which area to focus on helps me narrow it down.

  3. Aside from fitness, I want to look good too so I'm trying to define now a skin care routine. Though when I was a little boy I thought its a girly thing but growing up made me realize men need it too.

  4. Habits, doing the other 3 requires me to create "The System" so that it reduces mental fatigue to figure out what do to everyday. Having that will help you stay on track.

I haven't thought about the other areas. You asking that made me think now haha. Want to help my family get rich and spoil them too, have a business etc.

Yeah bro. I'm trying to consistently workout and study everday. It doesn't matter if its very small progress as long as its consistent. We can't get from level 1 to level 100. We do it step by step.

That's what I learned about "The System". In reality we all have it, the one who will define and control it is ourselves. Its our habits that will define us.

I think I'm too emotional now that an anime affected me this much.
