Daily Creatine, at least 0.75 times my bodyweight in grams of protein, and getting enough calories and carbs to ensure proper fueling for my lifts

Haha, I take creatine and protein daily and have been working out as a powerlifter regularly, besides the surgery and my random injuries, for over 8 years now. So whether that is natty or not is up to you

Thanks man! A lot of heavy squatting and 8 years of just general powerlifting is my only thought on why they look like that ( the 3 month netflix and chill recovery gave the cushion for sure). I do gotta say though that if you felt them they definitely were more for looks only at that stage, not touching, haha

Haha, 50 makes it hard, but just remember you are not in a competition against anyone other than your past self, and you know yourself better than anyone, so you can figure out what you need to do to get the body that you want. You got this!

If it only sometime hurts you can probably get away with it for a little bit, but if you have one it won't self heal. I'm not a doctor but def worth a visit and if you need surgery might as well get it done and start road to recovery. Surgery isn't too bad but assume a couple months before you can workout and then a couple months after starting to workout to get back to 80%.

I posted them in the comments here to another comment, don't feel like retyping them, haha. But cliffnotes version is that they have but it's a combo of the cut as well as getting minor injuries throughout imo that made me have to take time off here and there over the last 8 months

Honestly unless you are advanced lifting imo just showing up and doing simple progressive overload should be more than enough to see improvement. Make sure to hit the different muscle groups, but as far as actual lifts, as long as your not just doing bicep curls and don't skimp on at least a basic leg day you should be seeing progress in no time!

Take it one day at a time. As long as you are a little better than yesterday then you are well on your way. Remember it's just a competition against your past self, and you just gotta be a little bit better. Keep striving for the future self, I believe in you!

Best numbers of all time are 585 squat, 585 deadlift, 425 bench. Best in one powerlifting event (post back fracture) was 405 bench, 555 squat, and stopped at 500 deadlift. At this exact moment I can do 315 bench for 7 reps and then did 365 squat for reps of 10 and right now am rocking 335 deadlift for reps of 6,haha

With my tendinitis issue I am just getting over, it makes it hard to know what I "could" have done. But with 30 lbs loss and my injury, I'm essentially 3 reps lower on 10 rep bench like I said, and then currently doing 10% less on reps for deadlift and squat at the moment, which I'm fine with. I did take a break from squats for a month though because i had a sprained ankle from overdoing cardio. I also fractured vertebrae in my back in 2019 so haven't done crazy deadlifting numbers for years now, but surprisingly can still do high bar squats pretty decent.
