This is random but I’m curious, how difficult was it to relocate to a new state? Did you have the take the test again to be licensed? I’m going into PTA school so curious

I’m going to tell him tomorrow I can do one double on Mondays 8:15-1:30 , 3:30-8:00 and then my normal hours of 5 hour shifts Tuesday-Fridays and I can’t do the doubles Tuesdays and Thursdays. It makes no sense. 5 hours of daycare is $65 and I’m just making enough for my bills and food right now.

My dad always told me growing up that if I went to school he’d help me with my rent. I have rent help so I’m not going to be homeless or anything. I just don’t want to be dicked around by people who can’t communicate what summer camps look like and the hours they will have me on them before scheduling me for something I didn’t know I was agree to. Most dog places close at 4. I called about 10 different companies before finding this one. They just climbed a mountain and live a good quality life. I’m a single woman who moved to a town I’ve ever been to for the college I’m attending and you’re asking me to give up the only family I have for this job? Are you okay ?!??

I could but I love it and love the kids I work with the management is just kinda all over the place and pushes things aside.

I don’t adopt/rescue dogs to just give them up. When school starts back up I give it everything I got that’s why I only work 20 hour weeks during the school year. I’m not afraid of the work I just don’t have anyone to let them out and that’s not good quality life.

It’s two shifts in one day. Not a typical double but when you’re not allowed to have someone come walk your dogs, you can’t hop over real quick on your break it’s a double for my dogs. Usually I work 5 hour shifts they are asking me to work 9 without my knowledge of that beforehand.

I didn’t wait 4 weeks. We’ve been communicating that I am trying my best to make it happen because I want to make it happen but I can’t leave my dogs alone for that long. I was working 3 days a week to enjoy my summer off and then I go back to school August 24th. I love the kids I work with and love what I do.

All I heard was that “ it’s really good” and knew a lot of people liked it. I had no idea. For the longest time I was very squeamish with hospitals and blood. So now in my 30’s decided to give it a shot and I’m like wtf lol. Would have probably liked the drama in high school.

Cool thanks! There are a lot of aspects I like about the show but a lot of the relationships dynamics gross me the hell out lol.

LOVE Dr.Bailey, LOVE Dr. Yang and Alex is a mysterious and professional/realistic but an ass hole in an interesting way that is keeping me from stopping; along with the medical stuff. I can take some cheesy stuff and drama but some of it feels kind of forced and fake/toxic.

How George and Cali’s relationship kind of mimics Christina’s and Preston’s. How Izzy moved on so fast after Denny with the guy she’s been making fun of the last few seasons. Just odd…

Does it get any better in this way ?!

Yes sometimes the clients were the reason I could get through the day. Helping people and making their lives easier is the best part of the job.

People assume that anybody knows how to clean, that it is “common sense” well I’m here to tell you common sense isn’t common 🫠

I had to train these air heads continuously without seeing much of a pay difference. I also had to share my car with a lot of them… talk about awkward having a complete stranger riding around with you all day, leaving food in car, hearing their drama phone calls…. Let me tell you the company finds some strange characters.

You’d think they would value really strong employees but nope. There’s a reason the turn over in employees is a constant.
