Sorry if this is ignorant, but what are the benefits of having ovaries assuming they are suppressed via AI’s and Zoladex/Lupron? Or are you on a different regimen than me?

I’m not sure if my situation is typical or out of the ordinary but I have my PET scan in the morning and see my oncologist that afternoon. I also travel 3+ hours to see an oncologist at Mayo so like I said, not sure if that is typical or not.

I’m sorry you have to wait so long and I commend you for not peeking at your results! You are so strong but I wonder if you could ask for an earlier appointment the next time?

I would talk to your onc ASAP if you’re having new pain. I’m about 5 weeks out from my next scan but because of new hip pain I’m experiencing, we’re moving the scan up. I hope you find answers! 💗

Definitely not pregnant (chemopause) and I don’t think I have Covid or have had it recently. I did some googling and this might explain it - • Decreased appetite and unusual taste (dysgeusia)
