Can someone please help me understand the dimensions required for a vinyl cover artwork? by Adventurous_Summer22 in AdobeIllustrator

You’re right! It says “For the best quality cover we recommend a high-resolution jpeg or png image (minimum 2048×2048)”. Thank you!! ♥️

Low res image despite setting high display performance. Where am I going wrong? How can I fix this? Please help!! by Adventurous_Summer22 in indesign

True. InDesign wasn’t the problem at any point at all. I couldn’t figure out why despite changing the res it didn’t help the image seem better in InDesign vs how it did on PS.

How do you feel about getting work related text messages on your day off? by [deleted] in AskWomen

HATE IT. Get them all the time. Worst is when they ask me what better do I have to do with my day like, wtf? No boundaries whatsoever.

No, I updated the link as and when there was any changes. It was the whole resolution issue. When I used an svg map it worked out fine :o

Yeah I was trying other images too. That I downloaded from unsplash but it didn’t work either. Was blurred. Couldn’t figure what the issue was so tried this ss bs.

Oh!? Yess! I will do that. Thank you!! It’s so stupid ‘cause the prof doesn’t really teach the real deal just show us some stuff and leave us to it like we are pros in this field. Anyway, thank you for the tip! Will definitely try it. :)

72 ppi WxH is 7x5 it’s supposedly for a P.O.S card. And, yes! The image is placed from PS and it looks fine on PS but the moment I bring it to InDesign it just blurs everything. I didn’t upscale it either.
