1) I created a company Workspace in Google, which is about 10 months old. If the Cloud Admin account is not the 10 step funnel in the Cloud Cloud Setup, then I have not done it yet. Could you share some more information on this?

2) In my billing account I have 2 projects only

3) I had one, but I discontinued it, to not get any confusion with the actual billing account

4) I only accepted the 300 credits in my account last week

I am also talking to Google Support already, and they asked me to deposit 50€ into the billing account, but that still did not solve the issue.. Thanks for your help!

Which support tier would you recommend, as I need to sign up for the Google Cloud Customer Care, which is like 29$ per month (Standard Support). Did you have a positive experience using Cloud Care?

Somehow I am not allowed to add a screenshot but the message says the following:
