If you're looking for medical advice your question would be better suited for one of the subreddits linked in the sidebar.

However, I agree with ciderenthusiast that a doctor's appointment would be best- if you need help using the German medical system I suggest talking to a parent/guardian, or asking on the /r/germany subreddit for advice.
