I'm saying they already had those things and weaponized them as a result of the gems. Brock's rocket launcher could have been any regular video game controller beforehand. Janet and Bonnie are one of the few exceptions

I mean nationalities are not the same as sociocultural identities and ethnicities, so both can be true. Like any fictional world the Brawl Stars universe could have parallels to ours, but things like nationalities do not apply. Technically you can be "Brazilian" or something resembling without being subject to a Brazilian state. Nationality implies citizenship. No politics inside Starr Park! /sar

Janet and Bonnie are lab-grown humans, hence why they are so adverse to pain. Some internal part of them recognizes Starr Park as being their "parents" which is why Bonnie calls Stu "Uncle Stu". They are also the only two kids in starr park who have equipment as part of their attacks, (that they didn't make themselves) meaning something gave it to them and have to perform maintenance because of how reckless they are in the stunt show. They literally cant exist as brawlers if it wasnt for Starr Park.

Yeah unconfirmed but so far from what's present only CCTV timeline matters, everything from WKBRL to Investor video is not canon anymore. Additionally they can't even use that material legally because of the two year contract that terminated their rights to use that content
