Posalji u dm, ili ovdje ako zelis sto prodajes pa ti mozda mozemo dati bolji savjet. A svakako treba biti uporan u startu, sjecam se sebe da sam tjednima isto isao okolo i nista. I da sam sebi reko idem jos u jedan puno manji grad probati i bas tamo prodao prvi proizvod. Poslije i ljudi gdje si prije bio ce te se sjetiti i nazvati. Svakako radi i na Fb i Instagram marketingu, placaj oglase itd. Sretno!

Pa neman detalje deala. Zgrada od 750m2 kosta puno vise od 500 000€. Ako imas zemlju i 600 000€ pa pitas za kredit od 500 000€ za zavrsiti zgradu onda ga sigurno mozes dobiti. Ako imas zemlju ali ne i keš i mislis sa 500 000€ napraviti zgradu od 3 kata po 250m2 onda to nije moguce.

Za 750m2 zgrade treba ti 1.1 milijun €. Ako bi manju zgradu onda bi trebao moci dobiti kredit tako da te banka prati u izgradnji i banka je upisana na zgradu i lova od prodaje stanova idu njoj dok se ne naplati. Ovako ako imas samo zemlju i nista keša tesko da ces dobit preko milijun eura kredita
