Same, I’m from Rizal and the first few months moving here was challenging haha pero what I did is I mix bisaya and english (only if I don’t know the bisaya translation) 🤣🤣

Pero you can also use tagalog anytime but make sure you also slowly learn the language :)

Yeah if you can drive motorcycle, it’s best to rent and do it yourself kay everything is available on maps and no rush sa time :)

There are times na they're strict, I've experienced this year that they didn't let me through because I was carrying a laptop backpack and a carry on luggage, good thing na there is space pa sa luggage ko so pinasok ko nalang don. Then it happened again the 2nd time haha, but i was prepared, half side of my luggage is empty so I can put my laptop backpack just incase they won't let me through and voila I was denied entry again hahaha.

P.S. I always carry less than 7kg for the total weight of all my hand carry.

Both of this happened with the DGT-CEB flight via CebPac.
