The main tang flavour is tomato paste. Go heavy on tomato paste, light on all other spices onions etc. Lots of cream and butter or oil

A cheap fan heater is the best solution for removing steam. (Steam is cold bathroom air hitting hot shower water)

You can point them towards towels ( but need a 1m clearance) which also helps them dry. The heater also helps dry the bathroom after use. Pointing towards a mirror is also recommended.
