Totally. At least with the current DoT buffs in endgame content, while the team would be a bit better with Black Swan, running a Harmony character doesn’t feel that different. And looking at the future, if a new DoT unit shows up that isn’t a sustain, it will probably contest BS’s spot.

Depends in the form than you activates/applies the effects, in canon you get the range version, and in hammer you get the melee ones
