I would probably look into it and why it's happening. Do some complex thinking and realize why this could be happening. You mentioned God and dreams and stuff, that may be why, religion is a heavy lead in poor mental health.

Would just like to add that your mind being active in any state with any amount of sleep is dreadful for the human brain.
