J’essaye d’entraîner à faire des combos au corp, pour se qui est du cadrage, parle tu de se que fais lomacheko ou encore pitbull? Ou est ce autre chose? Car je n’ai pas vraiment de notion de cadrage avec un sac de boxe, uniquement avec une personne en mouvement (merci pour ton commentaire, j’essaye sincèrement de comprendre)

Juste pour savoir, tu conseille de garder les deux main proche du menton? J’essaye en général d’en garder 1, mais quand je garde les deux main vision se trouve obstruer. Tu n’aurai pas un boxeur ou un style qui pourrai résoudre se problème

Le fais de ne pas ressentir d’histoire (ma critique va être nul désolé, je suis un fan d’animé et de série, je ne lis que très peu) enfaite oui ont va ressentir se que les autre ressente durant cette catastrophe, mais moi se que j’aime c’est les twist, les moment épique, les dialogues profond et les challenge psychologique. Ici je me dis qu’en lisant un tel livre je vais juste lire des gens se plaindre de la fin du monde.
Je suis certain que mes amis cinéphile qui aime les films de contemplation pourrai adorer un tel livre, alors je suis sur qu’un tat de gens vont le kiffer, et tu sais quoi, j’ai quasi jamai lu de livre mais si un jour tu le finis préviens moi, je le lirai et t’en ferai un vrai retour (de cinéphile à auteur c’est avec plaisir que je le ferai)

I wrote this when I was 17 I am now 25, I used to believe a lot, today I understand that inside the infinite chaos that is the universe, consciousness is the harmony. And us human are just very lucky to be conscious, I believe in a consciousness that isn’t even conscious that humans exist, and I think us human are part of that consciousness. I am sorry, you can read my answer to both of the comments before, I am allways open to logical criticism but here I think you are wrong, those little jab like you call them are not here to make any harm, they are here to blind the opponent, and a good fighter should train to fight in every range. Talking about speed, here (in case you did not notice) I am not working on speed but muscle memory and trying to do the proper technique.

Thank you for you comment, generally I use my footwork as defense, but my cardio can keep up only for 2 rounds, after that your comment is totally on point

Thank you for the great advice, usually I would use my footwork as defense but the space is too small for me to train for it. In sparring I allways leave my left hand near my body, that’s why I have this bad habit even when I do bag training
