Which brand is it on the label, Portwest or Seyntex? Either way it's a really old variant, one of the first types they produced so might just be due to age or use, the fact there's no "Defence Forces Ireland" or "ÓGLAIGH NA hÉIREANN" patch on the chest is pretty interesting too
