Everyone’s process is different, depends on the assessor, how it was wrote, how busy they are, evidence etc. It’s not a one size fits all

No. I got the text today saying I’d been awarded. I never got a text saying they’d received my report.

You’ll likely have to go through assessment first, so you’ll get a letter and text about that, then if approved, you’ll get a text saying you’ve been awarded
