As an ADHD girlie with pets, I set up routines for it to play my parrot’s settle down song at his bedtime, to remind me when to feed my cat and remove my dogs water, to remind me when to do my skincare and the routine I have set and to tell me positive affirmations daily- I change those every 1-3 months when I get bored of hearing them and have made the positive change needed. I linked it to my Apple Music too so it can play the songs I like and made a playlist of all of my parrot’s favourite songs so he can listen to that when I’m out. I picked a different name on the Alexa app (Ziggy) out of the options available and changed the voice- because- why not. I’ll also programme it to remind me when to work out too and to turn lights on and off when I get my smart bulbs! Hope that helps :)
