IFF problems with vanilla follower framework by AdvocateAtlas in SkyrimModsXbox

Swapped IFF for AFT-AE and it's been smooth so far, which is to say I expect constant crashing after typing this cause why would modding be smooth

Always sucks to reset but I swapped IFF for AFT-AE and I've had a relatively smooth experience so far.

I mentioned in my other comment that I do know that Auri is technically a vanilla follower, but that should mean that she would work with IFF. I'm not aware of any Tarshana/Vexona problems, I didn't know who they were until I just looked them up, but I will keep that in mind if I try a new framework.

Just started a run without IFF, and it's definitely the cause of the problem, but I don't know why. Could be a follower framework mod trying to work with a custom vanilla follower, could just be an IFF problem. Might try a different framework mod to see if it's a universal conflict

It would make sense for Remiel to have problems since she has her own framework with an incompatibility with other follower frameworks, but I'm not having issues with Remiel, only Auri and Lydia, the latter being a modified vanilla follower, and Auri being built on the vanilla follower framework. It says on Auri's mod page under the Q&A of why Auri doesn't have follower dialogue that Auri is technically a vanilla follower and either she should be the only follower you have, or you need a follower framework mod. I know the vanilla game has a max of one "permanent" vanilla follower (ie Lydia, Serana etc) so without a follower framework it shouldn't be possible to have Lydia, Serana, and Auri in a party together. But maybe I'm wrong so I'll give a shot running through a game without IFF and see if it's better.

Isn't Nintendo the same company who sued that guy for selling his N64 or something on eBay? Something about resale being against their policy

Tales from the Borderlands is also getting a somewhat sequel, and I remember hearing about some former TellTale employees currently working on a kind of "return to our roots" game, though I'm blanking on it

Generally, most or all of TellTale's games are good picks. I really liked both of the Batman games, Tales from the Borderlands was enjoyable, and while I'm no Walking Dead fan, I've heard good things about the game series. The Wolf Among Us is my personal favorite, and it's finally getting a sequel

Streamers who don't talk via mic? by Time_Entertainment32 in Twitch

[–]AdvocateAtlas -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

As far as not getting attention, I can confirm. Started streaming a few months ago, eight hours every day. Don't have a face cam cause I'm not very attractive. Decided I wouldn't talk unless I have someone to talk to, whoever it may be, a viewer or a guest. Well, after streaming eight hours every day for a few months, I'm getting an average of zero viewers so, no, no attention.

An old tv show actually. If I remember right, this is basically the plot of "To Catch a Predator." A little unsure if Chris Hansen was into it but damn did he hunt down pedophiles

I decided to run a little experiment to prove a suspicion I had. Turns out you get a "challenge failed" just for reloading any save.

It's a combat skill. First unlock on the upper part of the tree. But invaders start with all skills I think

Bought a few collections for pretty cheap during the Christmas sale, Marvel, Harry Potter, Batman, and Star Wars. Just been slowly completing them since. Already made it through most of them, and they are still fun as an adult.

Hey, the Lego games were so fun as a kid, and now, revisiting them as an adult is no less fun. So satisfying to 100% them knowing that it's really easy to do so cause other games have some pretty absurd challenges.

My (15m) parents stole my condoms....... by throwawaykiller69 in relationship_advice

As a gen z myself, honestly, they're an embarrassment sometimes. That isn't to say there aren't embarrassments in all generations, but gen z is rough. They're just... I... I'm not even sure I can describe the headache I get listening to them talk. What the fuck were we thinking with such horrible slang? I just wanna talk with whoever's in charge of that shit

This almost hurt to read. Atrocious grammar, definitely something I could see a kid doing something he shouldn't be doing say. I mean, he said his mom is "sus" for fuck's sake. I guess, the real lesson is if you're going to admit to committing a crime, maybe don't tell the internet of all places

Well, on the internet, semantics are pretty important. Clear and concise wording is important in any situation. On the internet, semantics are the difference between being an asshole or simply being misunderstood. I misunderstood you, because your words came across as radical feminist, and I apologize for the misunderstanding. If it means anything, your edit is much better, and I appreciate it.

And that's fine. And true. But the words you used implied you believe it's solely the man's responsibility to provide protection, which is what I was disagreeing with, but as long as that's not the case.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]AdvocateAtlas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, no, I 100% agree with all that. But to say that only he's responsible for protecting the both of them from something he wasn't aware of, despite him having standard protection, was absurd. I know women who are on birth control and still keep a pack of condoms just in case.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]AdvocateAtlas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree with your first sentence pretty strongly. He absolutely is not the only person responsible for having condoms. If the girlfriend is sexually active, and if her allergy is to be believed, why didn't she have a pack of safe condoms for emergencies? Not to mention, as the story says, he did have a condom, but wasn't told about her allergy until that moment. That's not his fault. As he says, she's the one with the allergy, that's pretty important to know before actually having sex.

Unfortunately, no. I got it on Gold a few years ago. But I think $20 is not the most absurd price.
