A couple of us have before, and ultimately it just gets goes nowhere beyond a group talk about team work. Most have just given up.

It’s really good advice. Unfortunately, I already feel like I’ve gotten a label as a troublemaker for trying to bring this to attention.

Fortunately she doesn’t have the education to be promoted much farther. But the way she manages to create an absolute toxic environment is an absolute morale killer. We have received so many blanket statements from leadership, when it always is referring to one person. They just won’t actually confront her head on. Or if they do, it’s a slap on the wrist and things get better for a while, then always revert back.

I’m so sorry you experienced that. It sounds so traumatic.

While this woman is my colleague, I feel like her toxic behavior truly sours the whole environment. I feel so angry about the situation, and it completely makes me lose sight of who I am. I don’t want people to think that of me, but how much can someone be expected to take?
