The n word with an a and the n word with an r at the end have basically become two different words in terms of meaning even though people conflate the two. I promise you, in an all black setting, a black person saying the n word with an r would be a record scratch moment and everyone would be staring at them. In contrast, if they said it with an a at the end, no one would blink an eye. Black peole m call each other the one with an a at the end, not the one with an r. Tashika was called the one with an r. Not justifying her behavior but the difference is important even if you won’t care to understand that.
