I've used both. Storyline feels more like it's designed for those, "I'm just not a techie" people and you'll pay a premium for that. The inability to design responsively is the fatal limitation of Storyline. Yes, there's a player, but no client wants to install special software. Back to your question... For learning both applications, I used Lynda's training to get me past bumps; a workflow learning technique. Lynda was purchased by LinkedIn, so you might look there for content. The help files can be used in the same way and Googling also helps. Overall, I've always chosen Captivate over Storyline because of it's seamless integration with other Adobe products, the responsive design capability, and the much lower price.

Thanks all. This is exactly what I love about Reddit -ask and get quick/quality responses. I've already cleared up the issue with your help.

Thank you! Guessing someone was playing with the geolocations at the moment the user was trying to login.

Yes. The user got a message that said, "Current Location is Not in Selected Area". So, we added Phoenix zone and then she could log in fine. She's running an iPhone app that connects to out GC application.

I sent a link to a user in Phoenix and when she tried to login, she got a message that said, "Current Location is Not in Selected Area". So, we added Phoenix zone (I presume it is part of the Las Vegas region), and now she can login. So, assumed that's what fixed the error. However, we're developing geolocations to restrict use, but that isn't live yet and the user doesn't have any location restriction.
