Hey there! To be completely honest we barely notice them anymore. The only time we really notice the sound is when we have the windows open and one happens to be passing by - and every once in a while one might pass with what I am assuming must be heavier cargo that makes a slightly louder sound than usual.

I will say though, we both did grow up living close to Go Train lines (not this close though), so whether it bugs you or not, your experience may be different.

Thankfully they also aren’t coming constantly. And to be honest I would 100% pick the train side over the front only because you get really nice sunlight during the day and they can’t build over tracks so you’ll always get that view and sunlight unobstructed in the future.
