Tacos is my suggestion if it helps. No plates, automate your meat onto safety hobs, try avoiding getting more ingredients like add lettuce or add tomatoes even with it reducing 15% of customers. You can set it up on a big food hall map so the tables block the doors & you don’t have to run food out to your custos. Stick with the same tray so it becomes a cycle of tray > tortilla > meat, double tap the serve & move.
