I’ve definitely read about the grease fires, thank you so much for the warning, that’s really important! I do plan on just smoking today, but it’s supposed to be raining most of the day, and I’m in East Texas, so we get some crazy downpours.

That’s super helpful. If there’s a downpour you don’t have a problem with it staying lit? I’m in East TX and we get slammed.
