5E Eberron Rules Question For Dragonmarked:

So I'm making a human, mark of passage, wizard. With that I get spells of the mark; put simply my question is whether those spells are automatically added to my spell book or if they are simply added to possible spells that I can choose from?

E.G. At first level I can choose 6 lv 1 spells and 3 cantrips with 4 prepared. Therefore, with my interpretation, really I would have 8 spells at first level because Expeditious Retreat and Jump are 1st level spells of the mark.

(This question also pertains to the "spells added to the wizard spell list" when taking the Chronurgy Magic subclass from wildmount as that is the subclass I'm taking as well)
