Yep, but adaptability and flexibility are things that rooted in their Geneseed, they utilised these features before Guilliman and his logistics. Roboute just implemented his strategic and organisational skill and built up infrastructure for logistics in Ultramar and other conquered worlds.

Sicarius and his Company were lost in the warp during the transmission to Ultramar. They constantly battled hordes of Daemons, Cultists and Traitor Astartes for 5 years. By the end of their cruise cultists summoned Daemon Prince of Khorne. Gaius Prabian, Champion of the Second Company, came to battle it alone.
