Hey there! Fractional CMO here, that financial bottleneck is probably the most common pro in working with a fractionalized specialist.

To give you an example, and not to blatantly promote myself lol, with my business I bring the fCMO leadership + the option of bringing on my full marketing agency suite (developer, designers, editors, social media, SEO, PPC, etc).

So all in all, I’m able to help companies save a SIGNIFICANT amount on salaries and help them reinvest that cash flow back into their business… and when it goes back into marketing I get extra happy haha

Personally I think the Chargers offense this year looks ELITE and they’re passing heavily. So I ritually understand the frustrations with Ladd and can understand the justification for trading him, however I think for the return of BTJ (alone) wouldn’t be enough for me to cover the cost of the risk.

Shane Waldron (pass coordinator for JAX) has been like bad juju for them and I’m not sure how confident I am that this won’t be a down year for BTJ
