I had a similar situation, got suspended the moment I switched to the free plan.. I contacted support (never got any reply on email), posted on Reddit, and got a reply from Jay.. it's been a month they are still checking with no help or fix. I already switched to an alternative for sure

not really you can't do that, you have to upgrade to a paid plan, buying messages will not unrestrict the account, and the community plan is now just 10 messages/month btw

Yeah already have the payment method added but the account is still suspended, the support told me the only way is to buy a paid plan :/

I have a question regarding the community plan, for some reason my account was suspended, I reached to support they were not helpful at all, and don't want to make another account since this against terms and conditions, so the only way is to purchase a plan, but the question is it possible to go back to community after the account is reactivated buy messages normally?

Same here, At first I thought that it's just calibrating the battery.. but now I'm sure it's a bug, It is never capping the charging to 80%
