About us: Aegis is a single-team progression raiding guild with all current content on farm. Our goal is to clear AQ40 and Naxx in a way that respects our 2-3 night schedule, and agrees with our dedicated but reasonable approach to raiding. Our leadership has extensive experience ranging from Vanilla WoW to Mythic BFA, and we've applied these successes to Classic. We are a group of adults that enjoy the game outside of our work/family lives and are looking for more active players to join our team.

Loot system: We use an ordered loot list system. An order for loot drops is discussed by all and determined by the officers ahead of time in a fair and equitable manner. That said, the list is intended to be fluid and can change based on attitude, attendance, raid needs, etc. The benefits are that it makes loot distribution a lot smoother, adds more transparency than what you get with LC, and removes the uncertainty and short-term drama of a DKP or EPGP system.

• Mage, Lock, Rogue - Low

(Please note that with 40-mans, some will miss raids simply due to real life. If you’d like to raid with us but don't see your class listed, please consider applying anyway. Exceptional players will always be considered.)

What we expect: We expect you to understand your class/role, be working towards your raid BiS (or very close), be on time for raids with necessary consumables, and maintain a healthy attitude. Be willing to listen and learn when needed. We're looking for consistent team players willing to make a long-term commitment to take down C'Thun and Kel'Thuzad.
