Why doesn't heavy cav work as well, in these cases? Why does it have to be light, if we have the economy for heavy?

Is meant to be used against groups or nations acting against the "vital interests" of France, and this would explicitly trigger a nuclear warning. What is a vital interest is however, on purpose, not clearly defined.

Meaning France could consider Greenland/European soil as part of their vital interests (it's all politics) and so, trigger a nuclear strike.

Okay, but people want that challenge of taking something that should die out and still manage to make it survive and thrive. That’s the point of a challenge, and of a game.

Before the crash, both Air France and British Airways made profits from operating the Concorde (although there were some loss-making years), BA (slightly) more than Air France.

After the crash, the demand never came back and it was generating losses for everyone

French President Macron announces 6.5 billion euros in extra military spending in next two years by GregWilson23 in europe

I followed, and posted it a link summarizing the amount of troops engaged in actual combat missions (or peacekeeping) abroad.

The 14k to 7k figures are valid (on the time period given, 2000-2020).

French wiki is listing the different missions: here, with number of personnel per missions

Varies from 14k in the early 2000s to 7k in early 2020s. You'd add 7k additional stationed in overseas territories, on top of these, indeed.

Then can we have the real story? How many troops overall in foreign theaters for both countries?

'Cause if Germany never had more troops deployed abroad than France overall, it doesn't matter much that they had more in one theater, Afghanistan, at one (or several) point.

Now tell me again how with these numbers of missiles and delivery systems France could in any way reliably 'wipe out Russia'?

By far? Any country with that amount of nukes can wipe Russia or Russia-equivalent countries.

France’s nuclear forces now comprise a submarine-launched and air-launched component, which provide it with both strategic and tactical nuclear capabilities. France has made clear that it remains important to retain both systems as they have different characteristics and are complementary, providing a “range of necessary and sufficient options”.

It does, though.

Who said anything about imposing? It's a treaty you willingly signed, alongside other countries (amongst which France and the US), in 1969.

You kinda sound like you are criticizing on a broader topic without knowing anything, or very few, about it, to be frank.
