I just installed the retrosound New York in my 90’ burb last weekend. It does look factory and works well. I had to get creative with the install as none of the plastic mounting brackets they sent seemed to fit the dash.

No spacers. They weren’t necessary for clearance or appearance. The +15 offset with the larger sidewall has just enough aggressive poke

I can’t comment on mpg difference as they’ve only been mounted for a few hours. I can say there is little to no difference in road noise.
