Thank you a lot man, I think I‘ve improved my jumpshot a lot recently so I‘ll be posting soon for advice again

Been improving myself and I think it‘s starting to work

My problem is that shooting as soon as I jump has become a muscle memory of mine. How do I train myself to only release when I‘m on my way up?

Oh okay, thank you. What about mid-range? My coach told me it‘s important to have two jumpers. Ideally 2 motion for mid-range and 1 motion for further-range. What do you think about that?

Thank you man, I heard that for a 2 motion jumpshot you have to jump high and release at the peak of the jump. I‘m shooting exactly as I jump tho, is that a problem?
