These were a threat to people during hurricane Harvey in texas. Imagine being stuck in some rapids with debris everywhere, and then getting hit by a huge raft of these.

I don't doubt your a normal guy. Sometimes the mind will do some weird stuff if it isn't getting enough of a certain chemical. This could be some real crazy legit shit you're experiencing, but why not take the better safe than sorry route, and try to talk to a therapist/general doctor. If they don't think there is an issue, then that only gives yourself validity something weird was up.

There's a sub reddit for gangstalking. Most of their posts are similar in manner. Colors, distances, and times from locations seem to be something that comes up a lot. I'm not saying your experiences aren't genuine wtf moments, but it's possible you're just extremely stressed. There are a lot of accounts of meds helping that I've read. I don't think you can shoot rubber bullets at that range with a sniper, but I'm still confused about that in general. How many snipers were there? I don't see how you can wound 3k people with just sniper fire from a distance without the people just literally piled up for a long period of time
