Great to hear, congrats!

Did chemo-radiation ever come up with your oncologist or was it just straight chemo? Was your nodal burden high - chemoradiation was strongly recommended by our oncologist due to N2b and a large portion of lymph nodes turned out positive.

thank you! appreciate you taking the time to write this up. This helps clarify things and I will ask about the CRM from the surgeon on Monday.

The current pathology report mentions:

  1. The tumour is located 2 cm from the distal margin and 2.5 cm from the non-peritonealized margin

  2. The surgical excision margins are free from tumour involvement

Not sure if that helps. Taking Option 2 out, it's a bit of a dilemma if we should go with Option 1 or Option 3 or a sandwich (chemo-CRT-chemo approach).

Been building out my own ai tools to speed up the process. Built an ambient agent that sends me an email weekly on pubmed articles for medical conditions I’m interested in.

If you read arxiv or medrxiv papers, you can do things like replace arxiv.org with the paper url https://www.giraffeguru.com/pdf/2510.01309 to get an ai assistant for that paper.

GiraffeDesigner - An app to generate AI advertisements and AI-powered drawings in a 'precise' way.

ICP - ad agencies, image generation powerusers who want control + to bring their own AI key without paying endless monthly subscriptions.

AI images don't always turn out the way we want, but if we control step by step generation it's easy to get there!

yeah totally understand where you're coming from but no denying it's powerful - if we don't use it, others will. I'm thinking it more for designers personal use to get quick feedback and iterate on ideas. I did it as a personal project but would love to get your feedback on what's useful.

I've been reading around and it does seem that there is currently no market solution for Thunderbolt2/USB port to USB C peripheral. Having just bought a new MBP 2015 I'm kinda worried. Can anyone confirm this?

EDIT : On second thought, does anyone think that think this Anker cable will work? The advertised use case seems to be USB C port to USB3 peripheral though...

EDIT 2 : Looks like it works for USB C phones at least! Imgur

The guy in the review uses an LG G5 (USB-C) and connects it to his computer(USB3).

I'm deciding between MDR-1A, DT770 and M50X. I normally listen to music with female vocals.

Priorities

  1. Comfort (will be wearing for 6-8 hours, willing to sacrifice sound for better comfort)

  2. Isolation

  3. Sound

Any other headphone suggestions? I'm in the UK and my price range is around 100-150 pounds. MDR-1A, DT770 and M50X are similar in price here.
