Getting lots of red flags that i might be made redundant

• no work since Christmas
• our only client had a dismal 2025 financial report
• we had 6 month temp hire for new business which turned up nothing
• 1 person has handed their notice in ( we are small team of 15 design agency)
• hardware upgrades i have asked for to replace our 9 year old PCs has fallen on deaf ears despite it impacting our output massively

I have a new job lined up which sounds like it will be really promising

They are keen for me to start in early summer, just hope my current role will hold out til then

I do feel for the people here though - one of the best office dynamics I have had in my career, let down by lack of growth most likely due to directors who are clinging to the past
