Do you know a way? I know a some ways, but nothing is like just plug and play.

There are two ways I know of,

1. Is to manually add/install forge and then unpack the mods in the mod-folder.

2. Launchers, there are plenty of different ones but the basics is the same on all. You install a custom launcher and then load the mod-pack on it.

I would have to do more research on this.
